Why not get some resources together, people and materials and help them build a better house..now that would be productive and be ‘helpful’!
I have not seen any evidence of neglect or abuse..only happy-healthy-beautiful family! This is simply a case where a homesteading-homeschooling family is coming under attack. It’s abhorrent and disgusting to see this happening!
I had a similar attack here in KY I went public immediately by running for the US Senate within hours they called me to close my case and I got a letter saying it was unsubstantiated I let them question my daughter in my presence because I knew they were corrupt and they would take her if I didn’t, I told them they were violating my constitution rights and hers too but they threatened to bring multiple officers and arrest me, the cps worker said, you care more about your constitutional rights than your daughter, at that point I knew she was corrupt and there was one officer with a gun there, and I wasn’t sure how high up the corruption went, so I felt very in danger if I did not let them in, go as public as you can get in front of the cameras You don’t take a child away because you failed to provide a letter to the school district you have legal right to educate how you see fit under KY statutory law please email if you need to talk God Bless you -Shawna Sterling I and my daughter will join you in your case, it is racketeering child kidnapping, by the way I was livid mad and scared so I went to the county attorney for protection for me and my daughter, she told me that they would have had to go to her to get the warrant I told her how they lied and then tried to falsify the paperwork, she refused to give us protection, I told her I would file a federal case and that’s what backed her off of us, I have all the evidence, even how she tried to falsify the paperwork, I will join you in a case, you just let me know You need two RICO incidents, I only had mine but with your case that makes two! this will get them on RICO child kidnapping and in my case attempting kidnapping charges, also, we went to a new home and my daughter wrote on the inner of the front door the word “NO” it was her way to tell them to leave her alone, she’s still scared of being taken away, I pray for your 10 children, it is horrible to be away from their parents and dogs and cat and country home, I have a BA and MA in psychology and additional graduate hours in child’s testing and assessment, they targeted me thinking I was not educated enough to fight back, they are subjecting your children to emotional torture and you have every right to sue for damages on behalf of each one of your children and yourself and seek punitive damages to be determined by a jury trial
